It’s very rare (i.e. never) that I photograph something other than boudoir, but when my friend Charly expressed interest in getting in the wings, I couldn’t stop my creative mind from running.  That means to me that I need to make it happen!

The dress was hers – one of MANY in her collection that she offers to her clients.  I knew when planning the session that this was the dress I wanted – I had loved it in some photos she shared and knew with her glorious red hair it would make the vision come to life.

Charly is a remarkable woman.  So fun.  So honest.  Real.  Beautiful.  A heart of gold.  Deeply empathetic.  And, she’s still the only person that I can have a full conversation with via GIFs.  No words, just gifs!
