What a sweet family.  It was such a pleasure to spend some time with Angela, Grant and Lacey.

Upfront, Angela informed me that Grant would be easy and Lacey would be a challenge.  A mother knows her children!  Grant jumped right out of the car and immediately wanted to pose.  Most kids need a little warmup.  I like to spend some brief time talking to them, finding out a little about them, their interests … try to make them comfortable before I bring out the camera.  Grant didn’t need any of that – he wanted to be posing in front of the camera IMMEDIATELY.  And boy he had TONS of poses.  I may have to hire him for future photo shoots.

Lacey is a spitfire.  A word I’m sure her mother would use.  🙂  Lacey will smile when she wants to smile – not when some photographer tells her to smile.  Haha.

I need to also take a second to promote Angela a little bit.  Angela is the owner/designer/crafter extraordinaire of Berry Sweet Accessories.  Her designs are absolutely amazing and I have bought tons of clips, bows, ribbons, etc for my niece and she loves them.  Check out her work.  Her creations are magnificent.

Lacey just recently turned 3 and her mother wanted a few pictures of her in her birthday outfit!
