We’re back from our cruise and back at the photography! Here’s a preview of our shoot with Lauren. More to follow in the next few days.
When I look at the picture below, I feel like I’m looking at a print advertisement in a magazine for Cover Girl!
It was a pleasure to spend an afternoon at Geneva College photographing Molly & Cody. It was another chilly winter day but they were troopers! If it hadn’t been so cold, we could have photographed them for another hour.
I met Molly while I was working with the youth group at our church. She was one of the first people to accept me as a leader, and we’ve been friends ever since. It’s great to have people like this in our lives. Molly has such a great spirit and it’s been a great joy of mine to get to watch her grow into a fine young woman.

Oh, the eye! It was exciting shooting them in this location on the back side of the college. The light was perfect.
The picture below is so intimate. I feel like I’m intruding on a private moment!
In preparation for our upcoming cruise, I brought my wedding shoes out of the closet thinking I might want to wear them for formal night on the cruise. I love these glittery gold shoes and I only got to wear them once!!! Here are some quick pictures I snapped of the veil and shoes.
I’ll be wearing the shoes on the cruise but I think I’ll leave the veil at home…bummer, right. Don’t want the other cruisers to think I’m a total nutcase!

Ahhh, young love! What a great day at Hartwood Acres shooting Rachel & Kevin! Rachel is so great in front of the camera and was able to help loosen Kevin up a bit. Rachel is an amazing photographer herself and often does self-portraits, so it was a great treat for us to be able to take them out!
I love the way he’s looking at her in this photo!
Rachel loves using picture frames in her own pictures so I thought it would be great to incorporate them into our shoot!
This is my favorite picture from the day! The eye, soft skin and red lips! WOW!!
I’ve been revisiting some of our past weddings. Here are some shots from Sabrina and Ray’s August wedding.
Sabrina and Ray are such a fun-loving couple. They wanted mostly candid shots of their big day and we were more than happy to honor that request.

This is by far my absolute favorite from this wedding!!
At the bridal shower, Sabrina’s maid of honor had these vases with Ray & Sabrina’s initials as the centerpieces. Sabrina incorporated them into the wedding decor! They were beautiful.
They are superstars!!!
