Clients come to me for many reasons – some to celebrate their relationships, some to push their limits, some to step out of their comfort zones and some to gain a new found self esteem!  We’ve only got one body in this life and we need to learn to appreciate that body…it’s going to be with you forever!  I’m a huge fan of learning to love who were are…because after all – our looks don’t define the person we are – it’s just out outward appearance.  Do I wish I could lose the 30 pounds I’ve gained last year?  Yes.  Does that extra weight change WHO I am as a person?  Absolutely not.  Let’s celebrate our beauty and enhance that self esteem that is so incredibly important.

1) Why did you decide to invest in a boudoir photo shoot?  For myself and my self esteem and figured my husband would enjoy it as well.

2) How did you feel about yourself before your photo shoot?  Not very good after having two kids and the other stress of life.

Who is She? A stunner at 50.  But, more importantly, someone who takes care of her son who was injured in an accident.  She’s always focused on the well-being of others.

Why Did She Do a Boudoir Photo Shoot?  To celebrate herself….what better reason!  She wanted to celebrate the fact that she turned 50 and give herself a day that she’s reminded of the woman she is!  I think she’s so busy taking on the role of caregiver that she forgets to give herself care.  It was my HONOR to give her my attention for the day – it make something ALL ABOUT HER!  After all, that’s the best part of this job.  I loved the time I spent with her!

What Were Her Lingerie Selections?  Lots of good stuff to be had in her outfit selections, plus I threw in one outfit from my collection.  She had a few pieces from Victoria’s Secret…with some killer thigh highs.  And, a piece from Yandy.  And, well, my collection is too extensive to remember where I got the sparkly bodysuit! 🙂

Favorite Moment: Am I a broken record if I say everything?!?  The entire day was very special for me.  I’m always connected to my clients but more so with her.  I was drawn to her personal story and knew that she NEEDED this shoot.  It was a treasure to share this moment with her and watch her to be herself, unapologetically!

As clients, you make a decision to invest in a photo shoot because someone else would like it.  But, most of the time, you realize the shoot is for you – to celebrate YOURSELF!
