This couple means a lot to this Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer.  There are no two better people more matched for each other than Randi and Jonathan, and it has been a privilege of mine to be a part of their lives.

Their perfect wedding was a reflection of their love for each other – everything was so fabulous!  Since the moment we met Randi and Jonathan we have felt like their friends.  Have you ever met people who you instantly have a connection with?  Well, that was these two for me … and even Tony.  After their engagement session, Tony told me how much he enjoyed them and the photo shoot – he’s not one to gush about stuff like that.  And, we both agreed we were excited to be their wedding photographers.

I have a warm heart thinking about how much fun we had at this wedding – we enjoyed every fun-filled moment.  Here are just some of their wedding photos.

Randi’s lace dress was the dress I’m dreamed of for my own wedding.  It was absolutely beautiful!

I love capturing emotions on wedding day.  When I asked Randi’s mom to go over to her for photos, all I said was “look at her, Mom.”  And she started crying.  It was a very touching moment and it took her a while to recover so dad stepped in for some photos.

The GORGEOUS bride!  Randi is an absolutely amazing woman and I am so honored to be her photographer!

Oh, these girls!  Randi’s sister had the idea for this photo and she promised me that if I put this up on the blog that I’d get tons of business from it! 🙂

A few ceremony photos.  It was a beautiful ceremony in Ambridge.

Oh the guys.  If you saw Randi and Jonathan’s blog preview post (click here for that), you saw another version of this photo.  We had many attempts and certainly an abundance of laughs.

Time for Randi and Jonathan’s portrait session.  I loved that they gave me an hour for just their photos!  I wish all couples did that – they ended up with tons of photos because I had time to be creative after my formal portraits.

First dance.  I love how the string lights reflected off the floor at The Great Hall.  It created a beautiful mood for their first dance.

Rain is always a touchy thing on wedding days, but as a Pittsburgh wedding photographer you have to roll with the punches.  It was raining on and off all day on Mike and Raeann’s wedding day but being in western PA you have to expect this kind of weather.

But, who cares!  I don’t.  Rain or no rain – I’ll get those important photos!

Mike & Raeann had a beautiful wedding at Blueberry Hill Park in Franklin Park.  It was such an honor to be a part of their special day.  I see love in all my couples but the one thing I’ve always noticed about this couple is the way that Mike looks at Raeann.  There is so much love and affection in his gaze, and it always makes me smile.  As a wedding photographer, I’m always looking at those little things that you might not notice, and that for me, with this couple, was Mike’s love.

I enjoyed all the photo opportunities at Blueberry Hill Park and Raeann gave me tons of time to do their bridal portraits, which is always an added bonus.  I wish I had this much time with every couple!  Raeann had expressed to me a few times that photos of her and Mike were the most important thing of the day.  Inside I screamed, “YES!!”

See that rain starting to fall outside the pavilion?  Well, it was decision time on whether to move the ceremony inside…they did. I felt so bad for Raeann – I know she had her heart set on having her wedding outside.

Of course, at the start of their ceremony, the rain stopped but it was too late to move everything back outside.  But, I was very thankful that the rain stopped shortly so we could take their photos!

I love this ring shot!  Love seeing those smiles.This is such a cute photo for me.  We always have fun with our couples with tons of laughs and this is one of those moments.

Well, they didn’t have their ceremony in the pavilion but I was certainly going to take them back there to get some photos for them.  

Raeann was a beautiful princess bride!

Oh and the rain starts again….  a quick kiss and it’s time to head into the reception.

I love to capture emotion.  Raeann’s mom gave a lovely toast at the wedding that was full of tears, laughs and love.
