I didn’t want to leave I was having so much fun just sitting and talking with her! She made you feel like you have known each other for forever! Leah P. - I had always dreamed of doing a professional photo shoot for no other reason/occasion other than to celebrate ME. My body has been through pain, suffering, surgeries, fertility treatment, childbearing and birth. Here I am, in all my glory and I am beautiful. Tara S - I wanted to do a boudoir session for my husband for our 5th anniversary, but of course, I was 7 months pregnant. Thinking this isn’t possible, I still googled “maternity boudoir” anyway. I found a few people in the area and after viewing some of the sites, I narrowed it down to 2. My sister in law is a local newborn photographer so I sent her both links for her to scoop out for me. She immediately responded back with: “Pics by Chicks”!!!! and that she could tell she was mentored by Heather (Heather mentored my sister in law too). So I contacted Maura and from the second our email exchanged started, I was so excited! The entire process, from buying my outfits, to getting my pictures, was seamless!! I was so nervous on that 30 min drive to her house but the second I stepped into that house and she started shooting, I was so calm and relaxed. I felt AMAZING (even at 7 months pregnant!!) It’s so weird to read everyone else’s review saying how they were so nervous at first too. But the experience was truly life changing and that is all thanks to Maura’s amazing attitude and professionalism. This quote is a great translation as to what my boudoir session meant to me. It is my feeling everyone comes to Maura for different reasons but all with one common purpose; self-expression. For some this could be an expression of confidence, sexuality, art, courage, or love. For me it was all four. I am a young, conservative workaholic who is in love with her long-time boyfriend, but at the same time not the perfect communicator or expresser. My boudoir shoot was an important outlet but also challenge for a girl who does not always make time for herself. My shoot with Maura was professional, glamorous, fun, and exhilarating! I can say it is one of the things I am most proud of in my recent years. I think I told Maura at least 20 times “I so needed this.” I did this for my other half, but it ended up being more for me by the end. And the photos themselves, words cannot describe the perfection. I looked nothing short of ELEGANT and STUNNING! It is my feeling that everyone should have this experience. It is a beautiful avenue of promoting self love, confidence, and understanding. The take-away is inevitably greater than what you pay and it is something I will probably do again. This review may seem over the top for ‘just getting some photos taken’. But until you have a session with Maura you most certainly cannot judge..

Tracy - I am not a very sexy like type… I do not really get sexy my lingerie is usually a big t-shirt… But I thought since my husband is deployed for a year that I would do a boudoir pictures for him… I was very hesitant but Maura made it one of the best experience of my life, we had so much fun and she made me feel so sexy and comfortable!!!! I would highly recommend experiencing a boudoir session with Maura it was very eventful and fun…. And by the way my hubby was floored when he saw the results❤️❤️ Thanks MauraReplyCancel
